Java Developer

Skillset

Identity and Access Management Developer / Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and drive technology strategies and roadmaps within the area of the responsibility, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Partner with the security group to plan and drive the implementation of the technology and its capabilities. Responsible for the architecture of the technology
  • Set up best practices and provide directions and guidance of how to utilize the technology and its capabilities.
  • Drive the development of security specifications, standards, and processes to ensure adequate protection of corporate network
  • Architect and design the security solutions for applications or systems, and/or provide expertise and consulting to the project teams on security controls needed
  • Help governing security standards and architecture directions when supporting business needs and establishing business capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education Required: 4 years College Degree with Computer Science or related field
  • Strong background on Security Risk Management, and experience on applying risk framework for security
  • Demonstrated experience on creating strategy, and working across boundary to improve security posture for the organization
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience on data security, identity and access management
  • 8+ years experience with Enterprise Directory such as Oracle/Sun, Microsoft and IBM,. Demonstrated knowledge on LDAP(s), Virtual Directory and Directory Integration. Extensive experiences and skills on supporting Directory systems in a large, complex organization. Experience with Oracle/Sun Directory Server and Active Directory preferred
  • Extensive knowledge on user, platform and device authentication such as NTLM, Kerberos, Radius, Form based, security token and others. Familiarity with access controls and authorization, and how groups, roles and rules play.
  • 3+ years experience with enterprise class security products such as Identity Management (e.g. IBM TIM, Oracle SIDM, Sailpoint IdentityIQ), Web Access Management and Single Sign On (IBM TAM, CA Siteminder, Entrust GetAccess)
  • Experience with structured databases (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle) and unstructured data (such as sharepoint) is a plus. Demonstrate knowledge on how access are controlled and managed
  • Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of operating & interfacing with various Platforms such as Websphere, Portal, SAP, .NET and J2EE applications

  • Work with technology services in security and risks department in the context of IAM, including serving as representatives on workgroups, proof of concept and interdepartmental committee.
  • Design and manage the development of workflows and processes for managing, tracking, and reporting of internal and third party application access profiles, including users and access level.
  • Prepare strategy documents, functional specifications, and detailed programming specifications.
  • Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom identity and access management connector to onboard on-premise applications with SailPoint Identity IQ.
  • Use SAML based authentication to provide Single Sign-On functionality for on-premise use.

  • Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures.
